1. General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.


2. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.
We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee
  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount

4. Deposits & Payments

  • Any deposits or prepayments may be non-refundable
  • Payments made to secure an appointment are subject to this policy

5. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Gift cards have no expiration date
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Any unused balance will remain available for future use

6. Service Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Results limited by the vehicleโ€™s condition (stains, wear, etc.)
  • Issues caused by mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our service

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this policy.
