1. General Use
Gift cards issued by KR Mobile Car Detailing LLC can be used toward any of our services.
They are valid for mobile detailing services in Arlington, VA and the surrounding DMV area.
2. No Expiration
All gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.
3. Non-Refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
4. Transferability
Gift cards may be purchased and sent as a gift to friends, family, or any third party.
5. Partial Use & Remaining Balance
- Gift cards do not need to be used in full in a single transaction
- Any unused balance will remain available for future use
6. Redemption
Gift cards can be redeemed:
- Online through our booking system
- In person at the time of service
The customer must provide the gift card code or proof of purchase at the time of redemption.
7. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
KR Mobile Car Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
8. Service Booking Required
Use of a gift card is subject to appointment availability.
Customers must schedule a service in advance.
9. Limitations
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
- Gift cards cannot be reloaded unless explicitly stated
- Gift cards may not be combined with certain promotions (if applicable)
10. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update this Gift Card Policy at any time.
