1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service or purchasing a gift card from KR Mobile Car Detailing LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Mobile Service

KR Mobile Car Detailing provides fully mobile detailing services at the customer’s location.
We proudly serve Arlington, VA and surrounding DMV areas.

3. Appointment Requirements

Customers agree to:

  • Provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and free of personal belongings
  • Provide adequate space to safely perform the service
  • Provide access to water and electricity when possible

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge
  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee
  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon completion of service
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods
  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected services

6. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage
  • KR Mobile Car Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing issues, including scratches, stains, mechanical or electrical problems
  • While we take extreme care, we are not liable for damage resulting from faulty or aged components (e.g., buttons, electronics, trims, door mechanisms, etc.)
  • Any concerns must be reported before service begins

7. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • The vehicle condition poses a safety risk
  • Conditions are not suitable (weather, access, etc.)
  • The customer does not comply with these Terms

8. Weather Policy

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions
  • We will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue

10. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Gift cards can be used for any service
  • Any unused balance will remain available for future use
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

11. Refund Policy

  • Services are non-refundable once completed
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the situation
  • Late cancellations may incur charges

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
